1 THE REQUEST
Our dialogue with you results in the definition of the best solutions. The Account will be your primary contact. His task is to listen to you, understand your needs and act as an intermediary with all the competent offices. We process your requests starting from with technical specifications and predefined drawings, or independently following your simple indications on the performance required of our seals, or by collaborating in co-design.
2 ANALYSIS
Once your requests are collected, we meet with technicians, salespeople and logistics staff to study the best feasibility plan to meet your needs. We appoint the project manager who, together with the team, will work to your full satisfaction.
3 DESIGN AND SIMULATION
With CAD software we will define the details, and with FEA tools we will simulate the behavior of the seals, predicting its operation. We will make visible what was invisible until now. The proposal we will make to you is the result of our studies and our checks.
4 THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUPPLY CHAINS
Details matter to us, which is why we have always designed and manufactured all our extrusion dies and equipment in-house.
We carry out all machining with CNC machines to ensure maximum precision, and we rely on the expertise of our die makers for finishing operations.

5 TESTING AND SAMPLING
Each piece of equipment will be fine-tuned by our technicians to make it suitable for production , At the end of the testing, being suitable for series production, your sampling will be made. All steps and all parameters will be recorded to faithfully replicate the sample for all subsequent productions.
6 INTERNAL VALIDATION
We want to be sure that what we provide you meets your satisfaction. The sample will be tested in our laboratories to ensure that we have respected and created a product suitable to meet your needs. Only when all the tests are satisfied, we will send you a sample for validation.
7 YOUR VALIDATION
Your checks and tests are essential. We encourage you to try the sample because only after your approval the new seals can be produced.
8 OUR SEAL
It is the end of a process and the beginning of the life of the seal. Thanks to teamwork, attention and your contribution, we have managed to make what was first your idea, real and functional.

With the label "Ready in stock" If you want the material to be shipped by the next day, indicate "Ready in stock" next to the urgent item or on the entire order. To take advantage of this service, you must send your order by 12:30 PM. You will find in the price list the maximum quantity per item available for 24-hour shipping.
INDICATING THE DELIVERY DATE – WITHOUT SPECIFYING THE SHIPPING DATE
If you indicate a delivery date, we will plan our logistics accordingly, subject to feasibility verification. If the order does not include either the note 'Ready in Stock' or a delivery date, a shipping date will be assigned based on our item management policy.

The full automation of our high-bay warehouse allows operations to continue without interruption.
The system operates 24 hours a day, organizing itself during the night hours based on the deliveries scheduled for the following day. The products are automatically stored by stacker cranes and, based on the orders, an anthropomorphic robot picks the packages and assembles the pallets with the products, which are then weighed, wrapped, and labeled before being conveyed to the plant’s exit, ready for shipment.
